Who we are
Family owned. Community driven.
Ladd Electrical & Design LLC is a family owned electrical contracting and design business serving our surrounding communities with quality, care, and craftsmanship.
Our Belief
Ladd Electrical was built on a simple belief: every job deserves the same level of quality and care, whether it's a single outlet or a brand new 10,000 Sq ft custom home. We don't cut corners — not on the small stuff, and certainly not on the big stuff.
We specialize in high-end residential new construction and remodeling, and the years of experience we've accumulated have given us the ability to walk into any situation and handle it with speed, precision, and craftsmanship. From complex lighting designs and whole-home wiring to generator hookups and safety inspections, we bring the same focused attention to every project.
We have an eye for detail — and we take pride in leaving every job site clean and every customer confident in the work behind their walls. Fully licensed and insured, no surprises, no shortcuts. Just honest electrical work done right.

Cody Hescock

Cody joined Ladd Electrical through a work study program at his local high school and never looked back. Now in his second year of the electrical apprenticeship program, he is following in his late father's footsteps — carrying on a legacy in the trade with dedication and pride. We're glad to have him on the team.
Dana Ladd
Owner & Office Manager / CFO
Dana is the heart of Ladd Electrical — wife of Kevin and mother of Trevor, she keeps the team grounded both personally and professionally. With decades of experience in Accounting and office management, she handles the financial and administrative side of the business with steady expertise, giving the crew the freedom to focus on the work.
Jennifer Ladd
Owner & Administrative Assistant
Jennifer is the quiet force behind Ladd Electrical. Wife of Trevor, she wears more hats than most — managing the office, running parts and stepping in as a laborer in the field when needed, all while keeping their household running and raising two young children. She splits her time between these two full-time jobs and makes both look effortless.
